    “Brandy’s little sister lame and he know it now,” recited a skirt-wearing kilt-clad Kanye West last night on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. Evidently Kanye caught wind of Ray J’s viral song, “I Hit It First,” and decided to change the original opening lyrics (“All them other niggas lame and you know it now”) of “Bound 2.”

    Charlie Wilson salvaged what would have been a dull performance by a effortlessly singing the hook. The soul legend even added a few of his signature “shabba dabba tweet twee twees” in for good measure. Read More

    Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert reunited with the insufferable Breakfast Club to discuss her new album Love and War, her success compared to her sister Toni’s and her ongoing feud with Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star K. Michelle.

    K. Michelle recently made a calculated effort to end their feud, but Tamar said the faux gesture of kindness isn’t enough to eradicate K’s scathing insults.

    “I really don’t talk about the people who bully me. Like, if you do one good gesture, does that make up for you calling me a muppet and telling everybody I lip-sync?” Tamar asks. “I don’t want to talk about her.     Eminem wants to “take it back to straight hip-hop” on “Berzerk,” his first single from The Marshall Mathers LP 2, due out on November 5th. Rick Rubin laced the Billy Squier-sampled track with that Beastie Boys sound, and the video evokes that same ’90s pop feel.

    The golden moment in the video, though, was Kendrick Lamar pushing Eminem out of the way to mime bars from the first verse. Read More
