Genius Throwback: Anita Baker’s “Sweet Love”

“Sweet Love” comes from the classy, the talented, the legend Anita Baker. It was Anita’s first mainstream hit peaking at #2 on Billboard’s R&B Charts. The song was featured on Anita’s highly acclaimed Rapture album. In 1987, “Sweet Love” won Best R&B Song at the Grammy’s and her hit song, “Rapture,” won Best Female R&B Vocal Performance.
