    The Queen of Rock & Roll hit bottom in the late ‘70s following a split from her husband Ike Turner. Although her records were going unnoticed, Turner continued performing and eventually got the attention of Roger Davies, who later became her manager.     Music buyers, start saving your duckets for June 18th—Mac Miller’s Watching Movies with the Sound Off, Kelly Rowland’s Talk A Good Game and Kanye West’s Yeezus are all due out on that day.

    Originally, J. Cole’s Born Sinner was due out on June 25th, but yesterday, he announced it would arrive one week earlier. “Kanye West is one of the greatest artists of our generation. Which is exactly why I’m moving my release date up,” he tweeted.
