Just two days ago, in homes all over America, families feasted over turkey and stuffing in celebration of Thanksgiving. In-between the laughter, cheers and publishing of “struggle plates,” entertainers shared their Thanksgiving experience with onlookers. Some, like Orpah and Mariah Carey, posted photos of themselves cooking and preparing dinner. Others, like 50 Cent and Mario, contributed a helping hand by giving back to the community.

Mario has tucked himself away in a studio to craft his fifth studio album, Restoration. He briefly stepped out of the booth to present his fans with something new. Produced by Glass John, “Killa” is risqué but not overly done, which is quite impressive considering the excess of sexual references incorporated in most male R&B singers’ songs.

24 year old R&B singer Mario asks his woman to “Stretch” for him on his new song. The track is a leak from Mario’s upcoming mixtape which is currently untitled. The song samples Jeremih’s “I Like” from his sophomore album All About You.
It seems R&B artists are making just as many mixtapes as Rap artists. Expect the untitled mixtape  to drop around December 26th.

According to TMZ, singer Mario was arrested for assaulting his mother, Shawntia Hardaway. The Baltimore Sun reports that his mother, who has been struggling with heroin addiction for years, told the police that Mario had been “throwing and damaging property” and pushed her. Shawntia also stated that he attacked her earlier this week. He was released on $50,000 bond.
According to police, Mario’s mother Shawntia Hardaway — a former heroin addict — told cops the former “Dancing with the Stars” contestant had been “throwing and damaging property” … and pushed her around with his hands and forearms.
Cops say they found several broken items inside the apartment – including a broken china cabinet, a busted mirror and a hole in the closet door.
Mario’s mother also told police the 24-year-old singer had attacked her earlier in the week — in which he pushed her “eight feet into a living room wall, where Ms. Hardaway hit her head on the wall.”
Mario — real name Mario Dewar Bennett — was eventually arrested this morning for 2nd degree assault. He was released on $50,000 bond..
