With all the confusion and chaos plaguing this week, America deserves a bit of happiness, even if it’s at the expense of one of its prized possessions.

Ryan Lochte teamed up with E! for What Would Ryan Lochte Do?, and he’s making promotional rounds to spread the word about the reality show.

It’s documented that the Olympic swimmer is terrible at interviews, (actually, “terrible” is an understatement), so it’s safe to expect a few classic airhead moments when he’s in front of the camera.

Anchors Sheinelle Jones and Mike Jerrick of Fox29’s Good Day Philly asked Ryan a few rudimentary questions, and right on cue, he was left dumbfounded. Perhaps that was apart of his “I’m a man at night and a man in the morning” philosophy, though.

Mike marveled over the interview after the satellite feed was cut. “What was the question that stumped him?” He asked. “How are they gonna put together 13 weeks of programming?”

Sheinelle, who was hysterical at this point, laughed so hard she was crying and losing lashes. Watch below.
