Mathew Knowles adds another ‘wtf were you thinking’ to his belt.
According to TMZ, Joe Jackson 2.0 is being accused of stealing from his superstar daughter - Beyoncé Knowles. He has taken the liberty to file legal papers explaining their split because she’s under the impression he stole from her.
In the documents (only TMZ has), Matty claims Live Nation Entertainment wanted to dig its hands in Beyoncé’s “I Am… World Tour” cookie jar. Live Nation countered by telling Beyoncé “[Mathew] had stolen money from Beyonce on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds that [he] was not entitled to.”
After an audit was conducted, and the law firm concluded Mathew had indeed stole from her, Beyoncé fired him. Mathew claims after he was fired, Beyoncé hired a former exec at Live Nation. Mathew is currently seeking legal rectification.
They say karma is a… wait, this can apply to both parties. Nothing tears a black family apart faster than death or money.
