T.I. visited Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club and spoke on his forthcoming album, Trouble Man (December 18th). He said André 3000’s contribution, which is featured on one of the album’s songs, is his “dopest” verse ever outside of an Outkast album. He also spoke on his Trouble & Triumph book, being signed to Atlantic Records, The Family Hustle and more.

T.I. Talks ‘Trouble Man’ On The Breakfast Club
T.I. Reveals ‘Trouble Man’ Features; Pink Performs On ‘The View’
T.I.’s comeback to music has been relatively underwhelming. His acting and reality show ventures have been more successful than his slew of singles. In an interview with FUSE, Tip revealed that Trouble Man will boast features from André 3000, Pink, A$AP Rocky, Cee Lo Green and R.Kelly. His next single, “Ball,” features fellow troubled man, Lil’ Wayne, and is expected to drop in a few weeks.
Listen: T.I. ‘Trap Back Jumpin’
Tip recalls his troublesome past on “Trap Back Jumpin“, a random DJ Toomp-produced release that name-drops a few drugs, chronicles his hustlin’ days and his long stint with the street life to “show these sucka n-gg-s how it go“.
Not sure why T.I. would want that trap life back; the premiere episode of his family-focused VH1 show, ‘Family Hustle‘, raked in over 4 million views and he’s preparing the release of ‘Trouble & Triumph: A Novel Of Power & Beauty’-the sequel to last year’s ‘Power & Beauty’. Not to mention, he has a role as “Trey” on this season of the Kelsey Grammer-starring, Starz political-drama Boss.
Video: Gucci Mane Ft. Rocko & T.I. ‘Plain Jane (Remix)’
Gucci Mane hosts an ATL reunion of sorts on the remix of “Plain Jane,” a song on his I’m Up mixtape (download here). Rocko and T.I. trade verses on the ice cream enthusiast’s tune and appears in the smoky visual. Kim J. serves as some eye-candy and Waka makes a cameo.
Preview: T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle [Season 2]
Last year, hip-hop virtuoso, T.I., and his lovely wife Tiny (Tameka Cottle) welcomed cameras into their Atlanta home on VH1′s T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle for a comedy-filled glimpse at his domestic life. The hit show was picked up for a second season, which will focus a lot more on the show’s title; showcasing the various “hustles” of Tip, his wife and kids.

T.I. Talks New Role In ‘Boss’ With Jimmy Fallon [Video]
Following the release of “Go Get It,” T.I. visited Late Night with Jimmy Fallon to discuss his new book, Trouble & Triumph: A Novel of Power & Beauty, and his role on Kelsey Grammer’s Boss.
The King also discussed his 2nd wedding anniversary vacation with his wife Tiny and the second season of their hit VH1 reality show. T.I. & Tiny: The Family returns on September 3rd.
T.I. ‘Go Get It’ [Video]
T.I. goes from waking up from his twin size bed in a room cooled by a fan, to waking up from his king size bed (filled with women) in a room cooled by central air. Wifebeaters to Polo robes, takeout to gourmet dinners, T.I. shows how his life went from meager to luxurious by ‘going and getting it’.
“Go Get It” appears on his forthcoming album, Trouble Man.
DJ Khaled Releases 3 Tracks From ‘Kiss The Ring’
DJ Khaled may not rap or sing or DJ, but he’s responsible for presenting some of hip-hop’s hottest records. He dropped off three new tracks from Kiss the Ring with Azealia Bank’s best friend, Flex,
“They Ready” features three of the hungriest young rappers in the game–J. Cole, Big K.R.I.T. and Kendrick Lamar. Cole not only provides the hook, but he produced the track as well. As expected, everyone involved brought their A game. (K. Dot is a beast!)
“Bitches & Bottles,” not to be confused with Trey Songz’s “2 Reasons,” features T.I., Future and Lil’ Wayne. Mike Will made it, and Future belts the hook. (WTH is Wayne talking about?)
“Did It For My Dawgs” is the least impressive of the three. Unfortunately, Jadakiss is featured on the record with glorified, formulaic rappers–Rick Ross, Meek Mill and French Montana. Beat Bully beat up the track. (“I’mma die fly, rest in peace, Aaliyah.” Really, Meek??)
T.I. Previews ‘Go Get It’ Video
Unlike many rappers today, T.I. truly went from picking up the paper in a Fruit Of the Loom wife-beater to picking up the paper in a designer robe. Apparently there is more to the story, and Tip will tell it in his new video for “Go Get It,” a single from Trouble Man.
Before affording a luxurious home, T.I.’s homies shot craps on the porch while wet toothless kids stood in the yard. It was tough in Bankhead.
Yo Gotti Ft. Young Jeezy & T.I. – ‘I Got That Sack (Remix)’
Yo Gotti hosts a Southern reunion of sorts with “I Got That Sack,” a motivational trap song featuring Young Jeezy and T.I.. Though the song is a remix, Drumma Drama keeps the bass-heavy beat in tact.
