Rihanna is gearing up for an awkwardly-rushed release of a new album and single, entitled “We Found Love“. She recently revealed the single cover art and lyrics to the new jam from her forthcoming follow-up to Loud. The lyrics suggests that the tune is about finding love in bizzarre places and I’m sure the producer, Calvin Harris, has equipped it with a bouncy, dance production.
The single art sees the entertainer in denim jeans and jacket, Balenciaga boots, and pin curls–donning a bad girl look, reminiscent of her Rated R era.

As we’ve reported, Rihanna is getting ready to turn down the volume on Loud, and kick off promo for a new single from a new album to be released this Fall. I guess it’s Rih’s way of saying she doesn’t do things in common fashion. “We Found Love“, produced by Calvin Harris, is said to be the lead offering from the upcoming project…teasing fans with possible lyrics via Twitter, “Sometimes it feels like we find love in the most hopeless place.” The single is set to debut on Thursday morning, confirms Rihanna.
The Bajan entertainer’s Facebook page is cooking up promo, asking fans to invite friends to join the page to UNLOCK exclusive material from the forthcoming project.
If you haven’t had enough of Rihanna, she’s giving you more and more with the upcoming release of a new album, and a new single to impact radio in coming weeks. The 23-year old is not tired yet, considering she released her fifth album, Loud, little under a year ago and recently released a video from the multi-platinum album.
It leaves a good bit of people wondering whether she’s excited for music or her team is amped for superstardom. Though the entertainer is a household name currently, she’s yet to reach outstanding heights in music.
The forthcoming single, “We Found Love“, is set to impact Top 40/Mainstream radio on October 11th with a live premiere this Friday from the Bajan beauty. The album is scheduled for this Fall and promo is said to synch with her latest film, Battleship, due out May 2012.
