Madonna Fails To Impress With Super Bowl Halftime Show

Leading up to Super Bowl XLVI, Madonna declared she wouldn’t resort to any nudity to entertain, slighting fellow icon Janet Jackson. We are grateful the 53-year-old cheerleader made that promise; however, she needed some expected daring antic to make up for the snooze fest.

During the 13-minute set, the “Give Me All Your Luvin’ ” singer delivered a reductive performance, with the help of LMFAONicki Minaj, M.I.A. and Cee Lo Green. Watch below…

Granted, the over-the-top production was pleasantly eye-catching, but the main event failed to deliver. Again, Madonna proves she’s the most overrated recording artist of all time.

As creepy as it is underwhelming!

lol, aw come on! For a 53-year old, I think she was doing some impressive stuff. Choreography & stamina were on point. I appreciated like I would've appreciated a Janet performance. No singing, but it was highly entertaining.

She would be a overrated star, but her song, over the years, proved that it isn't like this.

What the F#$k are you all looking for? It is a halftime time show… not a concert!!! While everyone criticizes the performance…I guess you would rather see a Marching Band from and school in Indiana…NOT!!!!!!!!!!! The show was entertaining and definitely better than a marching band!

Ok 1st of all what does her age matter? It was and is her choice to continue performing at her "age" whether she is or isn't capable of pulling off the physical demands which you could tell was very trying for her. The way she came for Miss. Janet Jackson about her half- time performance at the super bowl was very unflattering for a woman her "age" and celebrity status. I would think she would be more of a "role model" and show other artist that embracing another artist of your caliber doesn't mean you are weak or played out. Aside from that the performance was weak even the special guests couldn't wake it from it's slumber.
