Don’t let the aural assault from the robotic voice introducing Kevin McCall’s “High” distract you from this fresh tune. Unlike his masterful work on “Another Round,” Young Lad’s production is overwhelming during parts of the record and drowns out Kevin’s stoner metaphors. Maybe “High” will receive a proper mastering before it’s included on Kevin’s Definition mixtape.
