Whoopi Goldberg took the day off, so the producers of The View thought it was wise for Mary J. Blige to serve as a guest host. Staying true to their nosey demeanor, Barbara Walters and co. asked MJB about her thoughts on Whitney Houston’s death and funeral.
“I never go to funerals but I’m really happy I went to hers,” she said. “This was really sad because she was everything to women like us.”
