Luke James is giving contemporary music a much-needed injection of traditional soul. Since enthralling the Black Girls Rock! audience a few weeks ago, the New Orleans native has made significant strides as it relates to the ascension of his career.
He co-hosted the 2012 Soul Train Awards’ red carpet opposite Tamar Braxton, modeled for Diddy’s Sean John fashion line and announced the release date for his pre-album project, Whispers In the Dark (12.12.12). He has also filmed a video for his forthcoming single, “Make Love to Me,” written by Ne-Yo and produced by Salaam Remi.
