If you’re reading this, I’m assuming you’re an adult and have watched Usher’s installment of Oprah’s Next Chapter. If you meet the aforementioned criteria, the visual evidence of a person fabricating the truth goes without saying. Instead of discussing why women 12 years his junior are consistently featured in his videos when it fact (seemingly) he only dates women 8+ years his senior, Usher circled around truths surrounding his bitter custody battle for roughly 42 minutes.
Honestly, I didn’t/haven’t followed the very public trial details, nor did I follow events before and after his marriage to Tameka Foster-Raymond. After watching this interview, which is by far the worst celebrity interview Oprah has ever conducted (that I can recall) for various reasons, I’m not anywhere closer to knowing what happened or caring about what happened. However, I am shocked to learn that the man who gave us “U Got It Bad,” “Burn,” “Love In This Club (Remix)” and many other R&B classics is an arrogant womanizer.
Sidenote: Shout-out to him for getting Queen O to say “climax.”
