Already covered in poorly done tattoos, Brown adds even more ink to his body. The military-inspired ink was unveiled following his controversial neck tattoo that resembled a battered woman (view here). Apparently the horrible tattoo was inspired by Mexican holiday Dia de los Muertos, which is spanish for “Day of the Dead.”
