Weeks ago, Lil’ Wayne was allegedly denied entry into Oklahoma City’s Chesapeake Energy Arena to watch the NBA semifinal game between the San Antonio Spurs and OKC Thunder. He claimed the team preferred him watching the game at home rather than inside the venue, although both Kevin Durant and James Harden wanted him there.
Was going to go to the Thunder game tonight but was denied by the team to be in their arena. Wow. Smh. Go Spurs!
The Thunder defeated the Spurs in game 6, 107-99.
Thunder spokesman Dan Mahoney stated Wayne and co. insisted on having front-row seats, but they were sold out.
“We’d love to have him at a game, but like anyone else, he needs a ticket.”
Last evening, Wayne attended game 1 of the NBA finals between the Thunder and the Miami Heat at the Chesapeake Energy Arena. Seemingly, all was forgiven, but Wayne still felt unwanted.
Again I was treated like sh!t by the Thunder arena staff…dam..I hope da Heat beat da dog sh!t out em!!
Durant and the Thunder defeated Lebron and the Heat, 105 to 94, in a powerful second half.
