Previously, I reported that Usher’s next single would be the Rick Ross-assisted “Let Me See.” Unfortunately, the R&B king decided to scrap that promising single, and follow-up “Climax” with the up-tempo jam, “Scream.”
From the snippet, one can assume Usher is seeking to repeat the success of the infectious RedOne-produced dance-pop hit, “More.”
