The beautiful Melyssa Ford covers the ‘illest’s men’s’ magazine, KING, for the 48402 time. I’m sure no one would mind if covered it 48403 times. In the 2011 Winter spread she dishes about her love for porn and fame-seeking women who solidfy themselves through self-exploitation. Check out excerpts and more pictures below.
What do you think of this new age of fame-seeking women, notably Kat Stacks and Montana Fishburne, who have no boundaries?
I’m not in the business of giving my personal opinion on somebody, especially if I don’t know them. But I will say this; I think the most addictive drug is the one that has no cure. It’s fame. I think too many are bitten by the fame bug and will do anything to maintain relevance. You begin to sell your soul. That’s not what I would do. If it floats your boat, then knock yourself out. I’m too busy with myself and my own career to worry about what somebody else is doing. I also think that when it comes to visibility you have choices. You can have it two ways, for your own self-serving purposes or you can use it to draw attention to worthwhile causes. I try to do the latter as much as I possibly can.
KING: While reaching you, via Blackberry Messenger, to schedule this interview your status read “Busy Watching Porn.†Um, please explain. Do you really indulge in porn?
MELYSSA: [Laughs] I definitely do. I don’t really have a particular genre of porn and I’m not really a fetishist. Sometimes I want to see if there are some tricks to expand my sexual repertoire. It’s not like I started watching it yesterday. Boyfriends are like, “let’s watch some porn!†Rather than being disgusted by it, I’d say, “sure, let’s watch it.â€
